O, delicious desert of chocolate and banana

How sweet you look in the picture of the recipe

I believe they call you Bananrama

But I will call you heavenly

I gather all that the recipe requires

Banana, ice cream, and delectable Reese’s Pieces

I bring them home and I look quite dire

Because I cannot wait for the dessert that teases

Quickly, quickly, I throw them in

Into the blender that looks too old

Soon I smell a sharp burning

From the blender that mixes flavors bold

Labors done, I take a bite

To my dismay, it’s no delight
